The staff were super friendly and not what you?d expect in a fast food place. The burger and fries were great but not the best... I?ve ever had (see Gasoline Grill in Copenhagen if you get the chance). I even added the smoked applewood bacon. The chocolateshake (small size) was refreshing. I can see why it?s called shake shake and not burger shack. A decent, affordable option forlunch or dinner in downtown Washington. Read more
We stopped in for a quick bite after visiting the Smithsonian Art Museum. The staff were kind and helpful. The place was clean... and comfortable. The food was delicious and fresh. There were lots of people. No seats in or outside. The staff handled the crowd well and were getting orders out pretty fast.
