It's Shake Shack food, so it's pretty good; not incredible, but definitely better than 99% of other fast food. This particular... location, though, is very clean, has an excellent aesthetic (tall windows, high ceilings, lots of natural light), and fantasticviews of the river. Shake Shack is a busy place! We went there twice and each time there was a 15 minute line to place our order. Food prep took... another 15 minutes, so it's a half hour time investment to get takeaway. However, it's worth it! The employees were veryfriendly, the restaurant was very clean, and the food was well-made. We tried the shake shack burgers, the regularcheeseburgers, and their cheese fries. The whole meal was such a hit that the kids wanted to repeat it a couple of days later.Add in the fact that you get the wharf ambience and this is a no brainer place to eat, a very good choice overall. I waited over 20 minutes for my order and this was in my cookies and cream milkshake. I choked on the piece you see above and... the service was horrible. A worker came in and plopped all of her belongs on the counter while customers were waiting for theirorders. Another worker answered a phone call and didn?t change her gloves and proceeded to pack more orders. This was the worstservice I?ve ever received at a Shake Shack chain. I am highly disappointed and want a refund for my order. All of this happenedtoday, July 5 2022. I hope their services get better! Read more
