This was my go to Sweetgreen until I came in and wasn?t allowed to use the restroom. A paying customer, wasn?t allowed to use... the bathroom. I used to be a Sweetgreen evangelist and went through phases of picking up salads almost every evening on my way home from the... gym. However, over the past year or so, I have soured on Sweetgreen. The portion sizes have been cut significantly while theprices continue to inch upwards. On several occasions, I have picked up salads from the 14th and W location where I?ve been ableto see the bottom of the bowl. At first, I just continued reporting my negative feedback on the app and getting store credit,but at this point, Sweetgreen isn?t even worth the effort it takes for me to do that, far less my money.
