Terrible online ordering experience - the website is not intuitive for a first time users and FORCES you to create an account. I... was trying to order from the sweetgreen right across from my office, and ended up ordering from another one on Wisconsin avenuea couple miles away because the website does such a poor job of showing you which one you're ordering from. It doesn't visuallyshow you where you're ordering from until AFTER you have paid!!! This means I have to either go into google maps and figure outthe address of the one I want, or just hope that what I picked is the right one. This is unbelievably CLUNKY design! And thenwhen I realized my mistake and tried to back out it wouldn't let me cancel because I already placed the order! When orderingonline it is an absolute MUST to show WHERE you are ordering from CLEARLY before you allow someone to submit the payment. Read more

I just ordered a salad - the staff was attentive and quick, but one server used their hands to pick up the kale, spinach, and... other greens instead of the metal forceps. They didn?t change their gloves between orders, and touched plastic bottles ofdressing and other items in between. Read more
