The Subway on 105 in Navasota, Texas "normally" makes an excellent sandwich. Today July 13th, my wife bought 4 foot long... sandwiches. They were so skimpy on the meat AND vegetables that these sandwiches are LESS THAN HALF the normal size. The 2employees were today were rude and noncomminicative when I asked why the sandwiches were so skimpy. Those employees need moretraining and an attitude adjustment. We normally by from there 2 or 3 times a week. We will NOT be going back. Read more
This is the only Subway I'll ever eat at. Subways in Houston suck. This one the staff is actually friendly and crank out your... order quickly and with precision. I always get the double meat chicken teriyaki on footlong Italian herbs and cheese. You can'tgo wrong. Toasted of course. Somehow the food just takes better here. Read more
Hands down best Subway I've been to in a very long time! First, it was clean...with food I think that's a huge deal. Second the... staff working was very kind & extremely helpful. We ate there but had questions about an order for a good sized group. Kylehelped us figure out what we would probably need & who would be working on the day we'd be ordering. When I came in for theorder Ty was there & got me helped although they were slammed with a group from Blinn doing a camp at tha high school. I didn'tcatch the young ladies name that rang me up but she was a sweetheart. Everyone was giving 100% & that's just rare to find thesedays! Lift them up cuz their really doing a great job!! ???? Employees were sooo rude. They were too busy talking to each other, not even looking at you or listening while you were trying... to order. At one point I tried asking the short haired blond to add something, but she wasn't even paying attention to me shewas looking in the other direction in conversation with the other employees. After asking 3 times she finally heard me cut herconversation off suddenly turned to me gave me a dirty look because I had "interrupted" her conversation and then agitatedlyadded it to the sandwich. The first girl getting my bread talked right over me to purposely cut me off as I asked a questionwhile she was being short and rude as well. The short haired blond had music playing on her phone in her pocket. None of themfaced you or were engaged with you at all. They all ignored you while having their group, loud conversations and listening toinappropriate pocket music. When I cashed out using my card there was a tip option, and a huge container on the counter markedtips. I would think for sure it doesn't get used often. The place needed to be swept, tables needed to to wiped, the lettuce wasbrown and needed to be replaced. But the 5 employees, with literally no customers were busy standing around eating, and talkinglistening to pocket music. Anyway last time I will be using this location. Read more
