Came here many times in the past but it?s not so good now. Used to be a pretty good Panera but it has gone downhill in terms of... upkeep, quality and value (super expensive for what you get). Interior is rough and a bit sad in terms of upkeep. Qualitycontrol is poor asking for any customization of an order is iffy. Last few orders I placed had missing items and the staff andmanager seemed to think nothing of it. Read more

I spent $11 for a small mac and cheese which wasn't much food. Also had Jennifer Lechman, staff who walk back and forth for 2... hours when i was there. A little nerve racking if you ask me. In this post, she has walked 5 times. Doesn't your staff haveanything better to do. Read more
Have to see I have eaten at a lot of paneras since they first opened. Some are great some are ok but the Is one is above and... beyond. Great staff was very helpful and patient with me deciding what I wanted and made it an overall pleasurable experience.Sometimes it?s the little things that make a big difference!!!
