Gotta be fair, so start with the positives. Waitress (Kat), was excellent! We each had burgers and their made-on-site chips with... onion dip--way better than expected. A real treat, the chips not the burgers. We like burgers, but we both agree these were wayoverpriced for poor quality--bland and dry like meat frozen too long before cooking. We would not go back for a burger whenthere are so many that are better at half the cost. Drinks: my wife got a bloody Mary. She said, "not spicy, please." It was toospicy to finish. I had a margarita. I wonder if there was any alcohol in it at all. 11.00 is too much to pay for a big glass oflime-aide. Nice folks, but not a good outing for us. Read more
Had breakfast at Ground Round yesterday and left my bag behind with my wallet in it. The manager Matt was very helpful when I... called back several hours later. Last night, I was on a flight back to Philadelphia so I couldn't go back to the restaurant topick my bag. Matt managed to send out my bag to me via Fedex today. Daughter and I went there tonight for our weekly ?girls date night?. Food was excellent I had the sizzling fajitas with chicken... and shrimp. My daughter who highly dislikes kids menus order the bacon chicken Mac n cheese. Both were very good chicken was sotender and juicy, shrimp was cooked to perfection. The Mac and cheese was cheesy and perfect. Food was served quickly andeverything was hot. Our waiter Ty was amazing very friendly he made it a point to ask my daughters name and addressed her everytime her walked by. I observed another waitress carrying on a very pleasant conversation with an elderly gentleman who waseating alone. Something I have not witnessed at any other restaurant in the valley.
