Called the order in. Very friendly on the phone. Made sure we had the correct order by repeating it back a couple times. ... Husband picked it up. Very friendly and efficient in the store also. Ordered a large pizza and cheese bread and asked for all the crust toppers and got none. Then asked for 4 jalapeño ranches and... the girl Ashley even double checked w me that I wanted 4 and apperantly only wrote 1 on the receipt. So I called back explaininghow we would like the sauces and the gentlemen proceeded to tell me there not gonna run me just sauces. Guess what Iunfortunately use to run multiple Marcos in the area few years ago and we would do that actually. So never resolved it in anywayjust hung up. Read more
The food is good, however, I had ordered 2 pizzas. Both got here within 40 minutes. But when I opened the box I found one with a... long brown curly hair. So I called and asked for a refund or replacement. I talked to Ben, I was really nice. He soundedirritated, and said do you want a refund or replacement so I asked for replacement. I asked for replacement. He told me he wouldsend it, almost 2 hours later my boyfriend called and asked where our pizza was? Turns out he never put the pizza in the system.I?m disappointed, and expect better service next time. I didn?t call earlier because I assumed, dinner rush.
