Awesome atmosphere, friendly staff, superb drink list with a speakeasy feel. The Smoked Boulevardier with the Chimichurri Beef... Skewers was the perfect compliment after a morning at the farmers market in downtown Nelson. 10/10 will return next time wevisit family. Read more
A group of us came to the Royal for dinner and to check out some live music. Our server, Ostara, was the highlight of our night!... She was hilarious and friendly and gave us great recommendations for menu items. The food was great! The appetizers that Ostararecommended were amazing and we all got burgers. The restaurant got very busy and Ostara was training a brand new server so weknew we had to stay realistic when it came to how much time she could give us but she did an excellent job keeping up witheverything- even keeping our water cups filled! Beautifully furnished and decorated! Patio is really nice and the location is splendid. The live music and the food are nicely... selected and the beer selection (12 on tap, changing every keg) is top notch ???? spent basically all nights when in Nelson hereat the Royal Read more
