Place looks awesome inside. But. Burger way overcooked like it had been made previously and reheated. Seafood pasta fish -... seafood also overcooked. Made us wonder if they had reheated food. Salad good. Service by Martine was very good. Should havesent good back but we were hungry. Read more
Positives: Staff was extremely friendly. Lots of drink choices. Negatives: Our appetizer was something we had never had before.... Salmon Tartare? When we asked for a description we were told ?it?s like crackers with a dip?. They brought out what looked likea salad with stale bread. We tried it, didn?t like it, not a knock on the chef or anyone, we just didn?t like it, wasn?t ourthing. I ordered the Ribs and Shrimp. Shrimp was big and juicy and ribs were good but I found them small for the value. Wifeordered a 8oz steak (medium rare). I guess it was more on the medium side with no trace of rare. Made reservation 3 weeks in advance. Graduation dinner for family, 6:30 reso! Ordered a vodka paralyzer, they could not make... this? I asked what kind of bourbon do you have? Veronica our waitress replied we have Buffalo trace and southern comfort. Isaid that?s all you have? Veronica said she was just passing on the info from the bartender. I said great but, souther comfortis not a bourbon. Buffalo trace it is I guess. Ordered a spiced rum and coke, sorry no spiced rum! Service quite slow aswell?. Dinner time 6:30 pm I order prime rib and everyone else ordered. I?m told they are out of prime rib. Manager Sam comesover, he informs me he works there 5 days a week and he is happy to make sure I get a great cut next time! That?s wonderful! Next time! I proceed to tell him about the issues ordering drinks and so many things 86d. Sam tells me they are a franchiseand they only do what corporate tells them. I ended up ordering a rib steak for 47.00, very thin steak for 47.00 and it was soso. Another family member ordered Santa fe chicken, after a couple of bites we call over Veronica and explain it?s over cookedand very dry. Sam comes to the table and says what was wrong with the chicken, it?s explained. Sam asks would you like anotherSanta Fe ? No thanks, nothing else . Whole experience was not good, they keep saying sorry for the delay we are very busy. Iask for the bill and I pay, leaving 15% for bad service. Too top it all off, they charged me for the Sante Fe which wasreturned. Terrible experience, poor service, no premium bottles, food was mediocre at best. It was so nice to finally have dinner in a restaurant. The atmosphere and staff were excellent. I loved the little light fixture... attached to our table. My prime rib was cooked to perfection and the vegetable was well seasoned. I also enjoyed the lobsterstuffed mushroom caps a glass of Shiraz, and a crème Brule. Read more

Terrible experience. Both dishes. Chicken salad had a stale taste and hamburger was overcooked even though I requested the... opposite. Manager completely ignored our complaints, refused to change meals, insisted we had to pay for this what can only bedescribed as garbage. This is a photo of what we left. Read more
