They like to charge you twice!! I ordered an extra-large pizza special and paid for it through PayPal. When my son went to... pick it up, they charged him double the price and claiming that I had not paid for it. Not only did they charge me twice, thesecond time they chard way too much. I was on the phone for an hour trying to sort it out. In the end, we had to drive backfor them to fix their attempt at extorting an extra $32 from us. Very much a scam from my point of view. My guess is that theyare dealing with inflation by stealing money from their unformed customers. Better just to tell us the real price up front andlet us decide if we can afford it. By the time the problem was solved the pizza was cold. Very bad experience?back to PizzaHut for us. Update: I did get my $32 back and they also refunded the total cost of the pizza. The person i talked to told methat they have trouble tracking payments through PayPal, since it is a new option for them. Read more
