Very disappointed in my visit today. Ordered a Thai soup with beef and imperial role with plum sauce. No plum sauce in the bag,... got a chicken soup instead of beef, and the broth may as well have been water.. it was tasteless. Couldn't return it because Iwas already back to my work site. $18 could of gotten me a sit down lunch at a nearby restaurant if I had the time, so this wasbeyond frustrating. 2 stars because I only waited a few minutes for the food, but maybe if they took their time I would ofgotten the correct order. Used to go here and the food was great. Recently I went twice. First time, I got a terrible soggy pad Thai. I thought I would... give them a second chance and went back and ordered the same thing. Once again the quality of the food was even worse and thestaff were just so cold and dry and unfriendly. Not to mention the seating area of the store has turned into their storage withso many boxes. We just ordered a mango salad and 2 shrimp spring rolls. The shrimp rolls were disgusting and premade. The rolls and mango salad... had brown, wilted, stinky lettuce inside with 2 tiny pieces of shrimp and a mixture of old brown cilantro and mint. The mangosalad had dry slices of mango, cilantro and a tone of BROWN, STINKY LETTUS. We got a refund right away and I reported them tocorporate.
