I Ordered My Kids Pizza Paid For It And Never Received It. Never got a Courtesy call to say they weren?t coming or anything.... Called the next morning to ask why I hadn?t gotten my food and all I was told was they came and I didn?t answer my phone whenthey supposedly called me which was a lie they never called me. I watched them on the tracker and they were never even close tomy house they had no intentions on delivering my food Edna went home with my food. I asked for the manager she told me she wasthe manager. I asked what was gonna be done about my inconvenience she told me she can give me a refund which was automatic. How is this location still in business? Food was ordered at 6:45 and not delivered until 9:05. The order was in QC for over an... hour, but the QC team must?ve been asleep because the pizzas were burnt and cold when we got them. Please remind me never toorder from the Neptune location again! If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered my food and 2 hours later still in "prep". Nobody ever answers the phone. I am 4... minutes down the road. And all I ordered was a salad and a Brookie ???? This was a poor customer experience. I had to restrain myself from hyperbole. My pizza was in "Quality Check" for more than 40... minutes. I still have not received it. If I did not have a sick dog with me, I would have gone more local but I thought I'dtrust Dominos. I have fantastic "One Bite Pizza" right across the street. I called the store and was on hold for 20 minutesbefore hanging up. Called again and been waiting 10 minutes now. 30 minutes on hold to "make an order" or at least that whatrecording message says. My order was placed at 7:32PM and it is now 8:30PM. Still quality check. This location does not pick upthe phone. I should have used AMEX to dispute the charge. I hate that I even have to leave one star for this place. We ordered pizzas and waited an hour and 45 minutes before they were... finally delivered. We called three times during this time to find out exactly where they were and ended up on hold at least 10minutes each time.
