Disappointed with the experience. Placed mobile order for 1 drink and 2 breakfast sandwiches for pick up at 5:43 AM. Went to... the store but the door was locked; only drive-thru was open. Walked up to the drive-thru window but the guy would not give methe order; instead he asked me to come into the store, whose door was still locked. Got into the store at 6 AM finally and ittook another few minutes for the order to be ready. At least the order was filled correctly... Read more
First off, I went through the drive through and was told to hold on. 5 minutes pass by and still waiting while I can hear the... workers conversation and them laughing as I waited patiently to be attended to. Second, I requested a sandwich and donuts andwas told that they are not serving food meanwhile, there are customers inside the store eating. I purposely drove to the frontof the store to double check and to my surprise, there were bagels, donuts, and muffins available. It was 8:42pm to be exact andthe store closes at 10pm meaning that I should have been able to purchase a food item. What kind of business are you guysrunning? You need new employees. Read more
Staff is extremely rude. We went in the morning and the person at the register just left gave a blank expression when I started... ordering. I repeated order 3 times and she finally says I CAN HEAR YOU KNOW! No nod, no acknowledgement to show that sheunderstood. How can someone know that they were heard when there is no acknowledgement from the other party? She then left thecounter without taking in full order. After waiting for few min at the counter when we asked for someone to take our order, aguy shows up and starts repeating "I understand" like a machine and then says something about register not being ready.Shouldn't they inform the customer who is standing at the counter to expect a delay rather than just leaving them wondering?When the order arrived hash browns were just all of the place in the bag. When we showed them, the person at the counter says Ididn't do it! So immature, so rude. Not visiting this DD again. DD, if you are reading this, pls know that this store completelyruined my impression of DD. This is the worst experience I have had with DD in over 15 yrs I have been a DD customer. I ordered a turkey sausage wake up wrap, veggie egg white omelette bites, and avocado tomato toast. They gave me the bacon... omelette bites when I don?t eat bacon. Then they gave me two pieces of bread with avocado in between. There was no tomato insite and the breads weren?t even toasted. Seriously disappointed with this dunkin donuts as this is about the 3rd or 4th timewithin a span of 2 weeks that they have messed up my order. It is getting out of hand and I don?t normally write reviews butthis needed to be done. Read more
