Hence you replied, you clearly recognized me and clearly understand what led me to give you bad rating. You lied to me when I... came by sayung that an order will be ready in 5 minutes... 15 minutes later you lied again by saying it's coming right now...All in all you made me wait 35 minutes, 35 minutes of unpaid time because I'm not paid for waiting. 35 minutes during dinnerprime time costs me a lot. Thanks to you I am not able to feed my family. If only you could tell the truth right away, I'd justswitch to another offer and Uber could send you another driver within 10-15 minutes and that could make everyone's life easier.But no, you prefer to lie, because you disrespect delivery drivers. Not what it used to be. Had muscles marinara there are dried out small and came and would look like tomato soup. Had their... meatballs special appetizer that were dried out and taste like they were frozen twice. Had their Grandma pie tasted like afrozen pizza. Bad news. Il Posto's was our lifesaver! Had reservations in Belmar but the power was out at all the restaurants. Called here and they were... able to fit in our group of 9 on a Saturday night. The food was excellent, however the service was a bit slow. Overall, a goodexperience! Read more
The food was really good but the service was really terrible. Seemed like we were bothering our waitress by giving her our... orders. It was a Saturday, so it was busy. But the attitude of our server was horrendous. Also takes a very long time to haveyour meal from beginning to end. It's been 2 hours and we haven't even had dessert yet. Multiple people came over to refill ourwater, check on us, and bring our meals. We had to ask multiple times for our waitress to order what we needed. Would notrecommend and won't be back. Read more
