This place is always Fast to get orders out despite how busy they may be. Staff is always polite and they keep the place clean.

Always go out of my way to go to this location. They always have a better selection of donuts and they only charge $2 for 2... donuts. Other stores charge $3.45 for 2 donuts. I only use the drive thru service. I have no complaints. Read more

I don't know why I bother to come here. This is my 3rd time coming here and it's never a good experience. I ordered an iced... matcha green tea latte and they gave me milk with green powder at the bottom of my cup and on the side. When I asked whywasn't it shaken the young lady replied we stir it we don't shake it! Obviously they didn't even do a good job with that. AnyDunkin I have gone to I always see them shake it or put in the blender to mix it evenly. But Dunkin on Smithtown Blvd do whatthey want and it is always a big disappointment!! Never again! Read more
