Sandwiches were made wrong . When I brought back the sandwiches to be remade and get my money back they had to call the manager/... owner who was rude to me right off the bat. Lied about having honey mustard in stock when the employees looked for it and saidthey do not have any in stock. When I asked for my money back and my sandwiches to be made right I was told not to come back asa customer. Which I will never do business with subway or any affiliated companies to them . They don't care about service oryou only about the money. Never buy from this location and I advise never to buy from this or any other company related to thesubway. Horrible and rude owner. I have been going there for years. The young kids behind the counter do a great job. They are polite and very helpful. I go a... lot on the weekends. I went their recently on a Friday night and dropped my money on the floor. One of the boys was kind enoughto chase me outside to give it back to me. I appreciated it very much. I ordered 2 toasted sandwiches online. I picked them up and took them home. I ate one and realized it was cold - not toasted... at all. I called and told them to be aware for next time. I just wanted to make them aware so I could go back. The guy whoworks there repeatedly told me that he was SURE they were toasted. I went back and gave him the sandwich and asked them tocheck for himself. He put it on the table behind him and just started asking me what type of sandwich I want. I told him Iwanted him to check the sandwich and he asked what type of sandwich I want again. I told him he should check because he didn'tbelieve me. He said he is not debating it with me. I told him HE is the one who started debating it with me. I didn't care tocome back, but he couldn't believe that they did not toast it, so I had to go back. He got a nasty attitude, so I left.
