I've always been a Arby's fan but the past four times I've eaten at the same location and one more on State Street it has been... horrible tonight I actually believe I have gotten food poisoning! I always get regular roast beef and ate jalapeno poppers thejalapeno poppers. all my last visits have been a very strange texture inside of the poppers! almost as if they were setting outtoo long which I know too well because I used to work there when I was 16! a long time ago but besides the point! I've haddiarrhea and throwing up ever since I got halfway through my meal! trying to turn around and feed my two and a half year old hisfood thankfully it wasn't from Arby's because the way I'm feeling right now I may have to go to a doctor in the morning if Idon't feel any better! I hate to get on here and whine but this is the God's honest truth this was the Arby's on Grant line roadNew Albany Indiana the other location was State Street New Albany thanks a lot Arby's you all are really going downhill... This is one of my favorite locations and its hard to not stop by at least once a week when i work within walking distance????... the guy who is usually on the register... i think his name is Cecil? Im really bad at names sorry... but anyway he is always sonice and he knows me by name and he also knows my regular order!! He even goes as far as to remind me of the apple turnover whenI forget. the apple turnover is an absolute MUST to make my meal complete! So thank you Arbys for having such wonderful customerservice! Went to the Arby's in New Albany on State Street , this is the third and LAST time i go there , first two times got someone else... food today I ordered and ask for a Diet Dr. Pepper they took order took money then came back and said they was out of Dr.Pepper. I know this sounds unimportant to others but then you have 30 min for lunch and this continues to happen it is time toCLOSE this store! I will tell everyone I know about this too.
