Horrible. I ordered a 12' steak and egg ($5.99). When I cashed out, the two employees in the store "couldn't find the steak... and egg option" on the cash register, so charged me for a 12' steak ($7.99) instead. When I said there is a price difference -their response, "Well, we don't have time to figure it out". Then they BOTH stepped outside for a cigarette break. Patheticexample of customer service. Me and my boyfriend just left here and the service from Deonte was absolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond. I've never in... my life of going to Subway been served the way he served us. I usually go to the Subway on Slate Run but I'm done going to that1, this Subway is my new spot just because of this server Deonte. If I could give him 10 starts I would.
