Found a hair in my food and was furious. However, i remained calm because these things happen sometimes so i called and... requested to speak to the manager expecting to have a smooth call and maybe be able to get a refund or a new pizza(considering ihadn't eaten any of mine). The manager named Cody answered and was very rude from the start. He basically told me i was lyingand he tried to say it was my hair and somehow it was my fault, but my hair is brown not blonde so i knew it couldn't be mine. Ifeel i was polite throughout but the managers behavior was unacceptable and he was unable to take responsibility. I don't blameany employees for this experience but management at heart needs to be better. Read more
