Replying to a previous review on a service charge. The fact that you already pay employees an hourly wage then still manage to... sneak an $8 service fee in is pretty low. Ever since Covid businesses have come up with more ideas on how to gouge the publicto make up for losses suffered from shut downs. I also work in the restaurant business and time after time I see how a businesswill slit their own throats when it comes to that extra buck or two. Pay your employees a decent wage, teach them how to dotheir job right by serving the customer and tips will come based on their performance, not by an additional fee. Read more
