Last time I went through the drive-thru it took so long & they literally asked me to park in front & in about 10 to 15 minutes,... come in and get the pizza!!!!! We stopped coming to this one about a year ago because we could never get them to answer the phone. But today we decided to try... it again. Once again they didn?t answer the phone. So we drove in waited about 12 minutes. There was a lot of us waiting. Thepoor girl was stuck at the drive-through and couldn?t get to anybody at the counter. Im a dasher and the employee there was really unprofessional. They didn?t offer for help. I tried talking to them and they kept... on going to the back. When I finally was able to get their attention after more than 5 min I let them know I was there for adoor dash order. He said it was going to be ready in 4 min. I waited about 10min and asked again. He mentioned it was going tobe another 5 min. I waited. Then after those 5 min I asked again and he said it wasn?t ready yet. I let him know that thecustomer was already upset on the wait for their order. I did explain to the customer that the order wasn?t ready. I asked theemployee once again and he just said he will cancel the order. I didn?t want the ordered cancelled. He threatened to cancel theorder. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked to speak with the manager and he stated he was the manager. He went to theback with the other employees and was laughing and making jokes about the situation. If that?s the type of professionalism theyhave with dashers, I can imagine how they are with customers. A customer that ordered there at the store was mentioning to methat he waited 45 min and still hadn?t had his food. I really hope they either get better training or you all just need a newcrew. Also it hasn?t been the fist time I had a situation in that same location. The last time we ordered drive thru in thatlocation and the employee was being racist towards us trying to speak Spanish. I did let them know I spoke English because theemployee at that time was having a hard time speaking to me in Spanish. He continued to speak in Spanish when I clearly had toldhim we spoke English but didn?t care. Maybe the CEO has to visit that store and train his employees on how to respect thecustomers. Read more
This location has bad service. First off all they never answer their phone and I tried more than a couple of times. Today 9 July... 2022 went through drive order 1 pep w/ black olives and fresh crazy bread. Cashier said 15-20min ok. It?s wasn?t pack at all.Park in front and I notice that 25min past by and no order yet. Then I notice that other people that was waiting for their orderwhich got there after me we?re getting there order. Couldn?t get off my son was asleep in car seat.
