Food and service is generally pretty good. Whoever manages their food and beverage orders is completely incompetent. Been here... before with my parents and now they won?t come back because of their poor beer/food availability. I came here tonight and theyare out of ice cream and chocolate? I will contact corporate next time I come and basic food items are unavailable. Read more
Dine in- Waited an hour and 20 minutes for three 10 count wings and four sets of tacos. We sat down at 7:50pm and finally... started getting our food at 9:20- only the wings, the tacos came out in sets, separately. The waitress was nice & apologized.They were not busy. We were there for the specials on a whim, but after $115 and over an hour wait it was very much not worth itand outside of a guest wanting to go back we will pick another restaurant. Read more

We were the ONLY 2 people in the entire restaurant!!! We ordered the loaded fries, which wereREHEATED FRIES!!???? We were served ICE ???? cold wings down to the meat. You can tell they are under staffed. Took 20 min for someone to get our drinks and order. Saw a couple of groups waiting to be... seated but got tired of waiting for anyone to acknowledge them and they left.
