Extremely rude inappropriate and out of line behavior. I ordered twice prior to today Baked Ziti with a meat sauce. The person... that answered the phone tells me that they don't have that on the menu. They put me on hold twice to ask, What's the need to putme on hold for. They get back on the phone telling me they can make it with meatballs. Oookaaayyyy idc, I tell him to make itI'll trust it SINCE I'VE HAD TWICE FROM THERE BEFORE. There was no reason to question my order as if it were some weirdcombination of unknown origin. The "Chef" gets on the phone getting loud indignant and rude telling I'm lying about having bakedziti with meatsauce their twice. Why would I lie about that! Why become inappropriately difficult combative over something thatsimple. Make it however you like and I'll pay for it the same way I did twice before this day! Hands down my favorite fettuccine alfredo and their service is always timely and friendly.
