I found this place by doing a google search and trusted the reviews! I'm so glad I did because they exceeded my expectations!... This food was SO GOOD!! Loved the Food ... Service was good, nothing it if the ordinary... My gripe and reason for the 1-Star is - they don't tell you... they AUTOMATICALLY add a Gratuity to your bill. It is not listed on the menu anywhere! Yes, it's my fault for not checking,However, when I was handed the bill I always prefer to give the server a cash tip. Without looking at the bill I handed him $35on a $180 bill! Little did I know the restaurant automatically added a $28 gratuity!!! I have never been to a restaurant wherethey automatically add the tip to a bill for a party of just three patrons. That is absurd! What's more absurd, if the servertook my cash tip of $35 knowing the tip was already added to the bill, he was just not truthful. My wife brought this to myattention as we drove home. I cannot believe the server thought his service was worthy of a $63 tip! Because of this I willNEVER return to this restaurant again. If I wanted to spend that kind of money for a good dinner, there are two restaurantsacross the street that are worth of the cost I paid for last night's Panico's dinner. Lastly, in all honesty, this was mymistake for not looking at the bill. That said, I still believe the server should have mention the gratuity was already added tothe bill... We stopped in to make a reservation for later the same day. We were informed that we do not need a reservation. When we... arrived at 6:44pm, the place was completely empty. We were the ONLY 4 people in the place. It took us over an hour to finishour visit. The service was subpar. We were sat in the very back corner of a room. Perhaps that is why we were forgot about. At one point I got up to find our server Daisy. No employee was found for 7 minutes. The food was gross! It was reheated orsat around all day. I do not recommend Panico's Pizza. Visited this place while in New Brunswick for work. I am not a fan of red sauce of any kind for real or Pizza for that matter,... buuuuutttttt this Pizza was different, different to the point of needing a review. This place was fantastic. We ordered a large Caesar salad and split two large chicken alla vodka. It was by far the best pasta... and vodka sauce we have had. Only reason for 4 and 5 stars was there was just one beer on tap (was not a fan), they ran out ofbread before we got there and the large Caesar salad was large in name only.
