One of the worst Taco Bell in the area. I wouldn?t give even one star if I had an option to give negative ratings. The employees... have some really serious attitude problem. They literally don?t even bother to reply when you patiently wait for half an hour. Ireally wish the Owners read this and do some about it. Plz save yourself and don?t go there . I ordered a steak burrito with no sour cream and a chicken quesadilla with no sauce. Both orders were wrong. The burrito was... beef and had sour cream and the quesadilla had sauce on it. I brought the food in to tell them it was messed up and they actedlike they didn?t care. Refused to remake the burrito just the quesadilla. I ordered it again. Unmitigated shitfest. The two people in front of me were also there because their orders were wrong (one was missing an entire... order). The employees argued with them when it was obviously the employees' faults, then proceeded to laugh about it and loudlyproclaim the customer had no clue what he was talking about as they remade it. Then they struggled to figure out a solution forgiving me the item they forgot. It's beyond incompetence at this point; it's sabotage. Fire everyone and shut down for a weekto train new people. Looks like the workers at this Taco bell don't wanna work cuz on regular time they close at 1am and I got there at 12:53am and... they said they are closed. So I told them the regular closing time is 1:00 am and that there is still 7 minutes left untilclosing but they didn't listen and 2 days ago I came here to get my food at night and I ordered gordita crunch with nacho cheeseshell and they charged me nacho cheese shell but they gave me the regular taco shell and the beans were dry and not enoughportion of anything in my tacos. Workers who work here from morning to evening are best but night time workers are lazy and theydon't know how to take care of their customers. And last thing is when we say we want extra sauce they give me only 2 packs. Dothey not understand what I'm saying? I tell them extra and they give me only 2 packs. It looks like the employees are paying outof their pocket for sauce packets by the amount they give. Night shift provides horrible service. I wish I can give them 0stars. Read more

I walked in and stood in front of the counter for well over 10 min and none of the staff acknowledged me. After a while I saw an... order station and realized maybe I have to order from there. Before that the staff walked by me without saying a word. So Iordered and the food was great. Three other men walked in and suffered the same faith as me but being the good me I called outto them and directed them to the order station. They were a bit reluctant but after no one else said anything to them theyproceeded to order. After you order the service is good.
