Food is fantastic! Can't go wrong with The Big Kahuna cheese steak. There was a customer service issue with my first visit and i... walked out without ordering. I've had jersey Mike's at another location about 2 years ago and was very disappointed because the bread was so hard and the... employees weren't really that pleasant. I swore I wasn't going back but ended up stopping here at the New Caney location beforea dentist appointment and I was very happy with this visit. The bread was extremely soft, the meats and veggies were fresh andthis was actually the BEST sandwich I've ever had!! The employees were absolutely incredible and really made me feel welcomedand every one of them was an absolute joy! Thank you so much for the incredible experience! I'm now a customer for life!! Staff rude and oblivious to customer service. There are 7 staff but only 4 customers, so I suppose boredom and complacancy takes... over and stupidity sets in. The food is so so. Its like a low grade version of Subway or Jimmy John's. Kinda like a $1 storecompared to Target. But they seem to think their sandwiches are worth $10.00 for a 6 inch sandwich. Read more
