Menu for Pizza Cucinova in New Caney, TX

I hope the owner of this pizza establishment read this because I'm not the only one who is complaining and will not return to... their restaurant. If I could I would give a -2 stars to this place. As soon as I walked in the costumer service was bad, nogreetings and the lady who takes orders was talking to her friend instead of working. The place was very messy, unclean tableswith a lot of trash. The girl who was putting vegetables on the pizza was scratching her nose, and then one kid came from theback of the kitchen playing with pizza dough and running around. Who's kid is this? And why is she playing around with food in arestaurant? Then I notice that the staff wasn't wearing hair nets on them! The manager and another employee were not wearinghair nets and gloves at all, and they were handling food!! The manager went outside and came back to put the pizzas in a boxwithout washing her hands, and she didn't even put gloves on!! Come on!!! Every member of the staff was behaving like a chicken with their head cut off... No one knew whose order was what, ingredients... would fly all over the place and mix with others, and half the staff seemed more focused on joking with each other than toattempt their job and possibly help fix the chaos. After 30min, changed our minds on eating in-store to to-go(none of ourpizzas were in the oven yet), the manager rang us up and seemed upset about the change to to-go(nothing was on plates yet) Mywife and kids went to wait in the car, while I waited another 30mins for our order to be pieced together. And after every piece,I had to explain that I was still waiting on the rest of my order. One of the worse experiences I have ever had. I do NOT planon ever returning to this establishment. Read more

Possibly the best pizza I've had. I ordered the bruchetta pizza and it did not disappoint. The service was also great! Staff was... friendly and checked on us, even bringing us an extra little cup of sauce for dipping our crusts in. Highly recommend! We willbe eating here again! Read more

Wonderful topping selections and a fair price too! This place starts with fresh dough and allows for complete customization of... your pizza. They also offer salads, pasta and desserts. Sometimes a bit slow but worth the wait. Read more

my husband and I stopped here on our way to our son's house to pick up some pizzas and of course we had never been here before.... When he went into order and the plan was to get large pizzas to take over there he realized that it was somewhat different butunique. he said you were able to go down the line and pick the toppings that you want on your pizza and they cook it for you Ididn't go in because we travel everywhere with our dog of course, and the pizzas were very good.I noticed outside that theyshowed to have salads and pastas and he said everything looked really good inside. I think personally, that this is a great ideaif you want a pizza that's good but yet fast.. we will definitely be going back there. Read more
