Kaitlyn and Chloe are the rudest employees there working at that Starbucks. They always catch an attitude when you're about to... order. Like, excuse me you're not paying for my coffee. I'm paying for it. The least they can do is not have a RBF. Smilemore. They have no communication whatsoever and they always have a long line of customers waiting. They are super slow and haveabsolutely no consideration of customers time. They need to be replaced by employees who care. Also, if you're paying withKROGER Pay they don't accept that due to their "new system" in place. You would think they accept Google Pay or Apple Pay butthey only accept Samsung Pay. That's an inconvenience for Kroger customers who can't pay with KROGER Pay at a KROGER Starbucks. Read more
Stopped in and got a coffee while visiting family in the area. The girls who helped me where so nice! They got me hooked on the... vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The employ who helped me the most was Jaydn! She helped make sure what I was ordering was glutenfree and safe for my allergy. Very much appreciated! great place. always get an iced coffee and like to change up the flavor every once in awhile. i sometimes ask for the baristas... recommendation on what flavors to use, and everytime they make me an iced coffee that I like. Read more
