The food is pretty good and I love that it?s healthy but the shipping is ?ify? at best. Things are on back order more often than... not and I?ve waited several weeks for shipments that I placed. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. No email response, was on hold for 2 hours to get a representative. They... were late for my autoship for 8 days, and the customer service representative said they?re out of stock for my order. Fine. Butwhy am I finding this out by myself after three days of trying them? Why am I not informed that they can?t fulfill their order?Why did they still charge me when they don?t even have the thing to send me? For the amount of money I give them, I deservebetter than this.
