Never coming here again. I have been ordering here for over 20 years. I called to place a order and the lady was very short... with me before putting me on hold for 9 and a half minutes. When she did pick up the call she was very rude to me and I endedup canceling my order. It is a shame, I have always really liked the owner. However I?m not going to be talked down to by anestablishment I?ve been giving business to for over half my life. Read more

Never had a bad experience here. Food is always good, especially the subs. The owner Mike has always been SUPER nice!!
We randomly stumbled across this Four Star looking for a place that wasn?t there. We were so excited to find a four star since... we no longer had one in our town. The second we walked in we were immediately greeted by the owner, Mike, and he was genuinelywelcoming. He accommodated our needs as they are not a sit down pizzeria but he made a small place for us to eat our subs. Theywere AMAZING. He gave us coupons and also sample slices of pizza. Everything was delicious. He talked to us as if we had knowneach other for years. Got to know us and was very sincere and great. We will definitely drive to New Castle in the near futureas well as far future and continue doing our business with Mike. Read more

I don't even want to leave any stars. We called to order a pizza and after it being over an hour and twenty minutes no one... arrived so I called to see what the problem was. After that I was told our payment never went through and they called us twice. I had no missed calls and demanded to know who call and was told it was the owner of the store. I can't say how upset I wasthat the owner of the store lied and they would have to restart our order and we would have to wait even longer. They wouldn'tdo anything to help out or give a discount. I will never order again from them and strongly urged anyone to think twice beforedealing with a lying owner. Read more
