Best Mexican Food in Rockland. I have become a regular and recommend Fiesta Acapulco to all my friends and family. The perfect... ratio of cheese-meat-beans-chips in the nachos!! The hottest and tastiest fajitas you will have in Rockland. I also like theirenchiladas and ceviche. Good vegetarian options as well. If you come to this restaurant you will be so happy you made this choice. The food is to perfection. Guacamole good. Shrimp... tacos great, well seasoned and taco shells soft and fresh. My fiancé had the flautas and said it was great. The side platesof rice and beans are by far the only ones I have had at a Mexican establishment that I was left craving.
