By far the slowest dunkin donuts I've ever had to deal with... 2 cars in front of me avg 15 minutes
Typical wait in the drive thru is about 20+ minutes, so expect to be late. They reel you in because you can?t see the length of... the drive thru line until you get into the line, and then there is no way to turn out of it, so you?re stuck no matter what.Basically, if you see 2 cars or more in the drive thru, expect to sit there for at least 20 minutes. I travel all over the country and this is hands down the absolute slowest location in the United States. 5 cars will cost you... about 20 - 25 minutes. Drive to the danbury or brewster location and you'll still be ahead. My god figure this out or just closethe joint. Literally any other dunkin in the area is better than this one. The people working here do not care about their jobs. I've... gotten cold coffee that was leaking down the cup, and they literally just crumple a wad of napkins and stuff it into the bageach time, and crumple up sandwich bags like it's trash before handing it to you. This Dunkin is very unprofessional. The employees are constantly inviting friends in, and doing inappropriate activities while... working. For instance driving around the parking lot during shifts, and talking bad about customers. As well as this badbehavior, they never communicate to customers when their online order is sold out. If I hadn?t asked about it I would?ve walkedout paying for food I didn?t get. Also the wait for food can take a very long time, and the employees often forget about orders.All of these examples have happened multiple times with multiple employees. On the other hand the food is fine, occasionally abad batch, but that is no excuse. I can?t stress to you enough, do not eat here unless you are ready for an immature serviceexperience. Read more
