Good service but would like that I get what I order. Staff nice, only one incident but otherwise been good service
I work strange hours. So throughout the week I will go there where some days they'll have all the food and some days I'll have... no food at all but still advertise for it. I mean if you didn't have anything, maybe you could say that you don't have anythingon the menu board. That's digital. Anyways, I every morning I'm limited to just having coffee. I feel that this Tim Hortons isat an all-time low. I went there last night because it was a nice evening. Just have a coffee and a soup or a chili. It was 8:15at night. They no longer had chili or soup? I then blatantly left. This morning I went there before the gym. Granted mytolerance was short being that for weeks on end they offer me next to nothing I asked for my coffee to which they processed andI asked if they still had the yogurt parfaits to which they said no. I said okay. Do you have anything that is a littlehealthier than the normal wraps or sandwiches to which I was blatantly told what but in a sarcasm blatant dry voice to which Ispeak clear and concise. Maybe this female was too busy doing anything else other than listening which is her direct job. So Iwent and got my coffee. I said thank you for listening to which in a perky voice. She said no problem. Honestly I tore off quiterecklessly and angered. In short, if you want to go to a place with tons of variety that physically offers not much at all. If 0 stars were an option that's what this review would be getting. Came in and ordered a large coffee. Got to work, took a big... sip to have a giant black fly in my mouth. So utterly disgusting. Contacted head office and basically just got an apology. You'dthink you'd get at least a free $2 coffee to make up for it. Was happy to know there was a Tim Horton's in New Hamburg as I justmoved here but will likely never return after this awful experience. Read more
Customer service was terrible. There was 8 or more employees working I waited for 12 minutes for my order. When my order was... ready I opened my bagel only to find it was missing a quarter. I went back and the girl said ?Oh that was our last one? Theglass display case was dirty and there was donuts and Tim bits on the base of the display. Read more
