When you go to DD you are most likely trying to caffeinate to get through your day, and you also probably want a... snack..well..this location doesn't have espresso, they can't make any hot drinks other than regular coffee, and they don't havemany of the donuts that are usually in the available selection. Maybe it's just been a hard day for this location specifically,but I opted to get a coolata (no espresso or heating necessary) and they also fudged that up to the point where it was justmashed ice with a semi sour flavor to it, so who knows, but either way I won't be coming to this one again. Friendly despite being insanely busy from open to close. Burrstone location has some of the best prices of the local DD locals.

Went through drive thru, only 1 car ahead. Person taking orders kept talking to someone else in the store rattling off... different items, of course we think she's talking to us as she has the mic on. Then would come back to my husband, then cut himoff and back talking to someone else. Went on like that for a minute or two thus confusing herself and us. Of course the orderwas messed up, didn't realize it until we drove down the road. By then cars were wrapped around the building to the road. Theygave me hot matcha latte instead of hot chai latte. My label on the cup was for what I wanted. Seriously? Totally regrettedgoing here. Not coming back. Read more
