The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Had a lot of flavor, the gyoza were so good, the wings were perfectly seasoned, nice crunch.... For main plate we had the karrage bowl amazing from the chicken texture, the rice, and i had the ramen with the pork everythingagain was just so good. It was Definitely flavor town. Angel the owner was so nice sat down to talk To us about the differentfoods, the culture made this experience a lot more personable. He even recommended this bakery around the corner for coffee andpastries. From the food to customer service we will be coming back. Thank you again for everything l. Read more

One of the best most authentic Ramen I?ve ever had! Truly flavorful, delicious, & heart warming. I got the tori paitan and my... boyfriend got the shoyu Chintan. The tori paitan is described as creamy, but don?t let that deter you. It?s not really a ?thick?creamy- just a little extra fatty savory flavor that makes it standout. The pork belly was to die for. I am still thinking aboutit. The chintan broth was so excellent as well- more of a shoyu flavor (as the name suggests). The noodles were cooked toperfection- slightly chewy and sticky without being undercooked or soggy. The meal was filling without overstuffing you with howrich it is. The prices were very fair as well. The owner was so nice and friendly- didn?t catch his name but I hope he opensmore restaurants! Read more

Shoyu ramen with extra menma, nori, and corn I'm gonna start off with the bads first. The corn was out of a can so it didn't... have that nice fresh snap. It is harvest season so fresh corn should be incorporated into the ramen. The egg wasn't split inhalf and the chashu was a bit tough. Wish they had miso ramen on the menu, but I knew what I was getting into. Now the goods. Iloved how narrow the bowl was so the noodles weren't drowning in the soup. The presentation was wonderful. The egg was perfectlysoft boiled. These noodles were the right amount of chewy. The decor reminds me of the ramen restaurants in Japan. I'ddefinitely come back for a round 2. Read more

I've been here twice, and both visits were outstanding. The Buta Bara Yaki (pork belly skewer with leeks) was outstanding. I've... had the Shoyo Chintan ramen, and Tori Paitan ramen. I haven't had a better ramen in the state. The marinated egg is perfect, thepork was a slab of pork. Nice and fatty with a rich smoky flavor. Just excellent all around. Not to mention they carry HitachinoNest Beer! Do yourself a favor, give this place a visit. Read more

Loved their karaage so much that we had to order another. The outside was the right amount of crispy and the inside was so... incredibly juicy and soft. You can tell they just took it out from the fryer too because it was steaming and really hot when youeat it. The paitan ramen was decent - it was my first time having chicken broth in ramen and I generally prefer tonkotsu ramenso I didn?t like it as much. The katsu sando was good - the toast was so crispy and they used butter to toast it. The only thingis that I wish it had more katsu sauce though. The service is great - they gave us brown sugar boba mochi after! [food insta:@strwbrrryboba :)] Read more
