First of all, everything he cooks is done at an exceptional level. Everything. Take ?eggs and squash? two simpleingredients right? There was not that much ricotta cheese, and the mozz was overflowing so it melted out and kind of got stuck on the paper. Ihave to try it in person next time when I order.
