You guys really need to staff better the bar tender was running around and working a whole section while tending bar. At least... 2anagers made direct eye contact with us as we sat at the bar. Had a very nice dinner with my daughter and grand babies. Food was delicious and fresh. Service was nice she was just to busy... they really needed to let there waitresses work instead of letting them off early and making there costumers wait for Service. Read more
To make a long story short, I paid $130 for poor service and even worse food. The Bloody Mary was disgusting, somehow while... waiting for a whole rack of ribs I still managed to get old and cold fries. The girl who brought me my food even admitted thatthey were old. The manager claimed that she didn't know the franchise phone number. And most of all, they are known for their"baby back ribs" I ate two and thrown away the rest. Chili's in New Iberia is definitely not worth the time or the money!!!!!I'm obligated to give them 1 star to do the review. Read more

The restaurant needs some attention, it needs a deep clean from a third party cleaner. It had a slightly old smell when we... walked it. We sat down and noticed the table they sat us at had remnants of food from whomever sat before us. We ordered andcouldn't help but to look around and notice that it needed cleaning. They brought us some drinks and I put my straw in anddrank. The main course came before the appetizer. I drank 2/3rds of my drink and I happened to notice LIP MARKS ON MY CUP. I WASMORTIFIED and DISGUSTED. They gave me a cup that had someone else?s lip marks on it on both sides of the cup. I was merrilydrinking and did not notice it while the cup was full. A filthy cup that someone put their mouth on. First off, who is stilldrinking from restaurant cups in 2022? Secondly, the cup was DIRTY. JUST TRIFLING. Read more
