Great food and a decent price. I had the Stuffed shrimp while I was there from out of town (Kansas) and always look to have... seafood when I am in the gulf region. I was not disappointed at all by this place. The staff was more than helpful and I feltvery welcomed when visiting this establishment. It will be a must have when coming down there again. Read more

The best way I can explain Landry's is "just how your Cajun grandma would make it." The food was amazing, brisket practically... falling apart being so tender, the gumbo was amazing, Lima beans were better than any I've had before. If you're in New Iberia,try Landry's buffet. The host immediately discriminated against my friend and I because we are a mixed couple and sat us in the far back against the... wall in the corner to show her disapproval. The restaurant is a buffet style restaurant therefore she and I commenced to serveourselves. As we approached the food we experienced racial remarks and uncomfortable looks from the middle to upper agedCaucasian patrons in the dining area. It was most uncomfortable therefore we limited our stay to 15min. As we were departing wenoticed an African American trio entering the restaurant. The host reluctantly approached them and escorted them to the rear ofthe restaurant as well. However they refused the table and relocated themselves. I was saddened by such overt racism in 2022.Needless to say I will never visit thier establishment and advise my family, associates and friends of all races never to graceLandrys with their presence.
