Tried going there tonight before closing time,.... No answer at the drive thru, lights on, 2 obvious workers cars in the parking... lot . Very hungry and angry . **Edit** i just drove by 10 mins after close and both "missing employees" cars were started andready to leave work..... This place is hit or miss. I rarely get a satisfactory order, but at the same time I've seen friend's orders come out fantastic.... I ordered the French dip once after a coworker showed up with one. Smelled and looked amazing. Mine however was "almost" missingthe cheese. I say that because I finally got some in the last bite. Not even sure how that happens. I've had an order of curlyfries that was half refular fries on the bottom. Staff is friendly and food comes pretty quick. The facilities are clean andwell stocked. Wow. This place. Went through the drive-thru, only ones there, and placed our order for (2) meals (we had coupons). Pulled... around and began the typical procedure of payment. Let the young man know that we had coupons and here is when the devilherself came running to the window. She looked EXTREMELY flustered...she seemed disturbed that she actually had to do her job,and was slamming the coupon code into the machine and says..."Next time...let us know you have a coupon BEFORE YOU GET TO THEWINDOW." Wish I could give a lower star. This is kinda sad that I have to give a bad review. I typically love all restaurants staying... open and having employees that want to work. I understand people are short staffed but being able to count to 4 should be amandatory thing when getting a job. I shouldn?t have to explain to my 4 year old they to eat less because your staff is to busyon tictok to actually piece together a decent order all in all just disgusting and disappointed in this location. You eitherget met with attitude at the window or a kid that doesn?t know how to sweep the right way. I called to ask what happen to myorder and I asked for a credit on the food they messed up not the whole meal just the 2 items out of the 45$ order. And I wasmet with disrespectful teenager that ended up putting me on hold for 10 mins and then eventually they just hung up on Me and nowI?m posting this. So instead of just fixing the problem. Now every single people has to read this review about the store. That?s bad employees management. Time for you to hire new staff. A staff that cares about the store and want to watch itbuild.
