First off the line was super long inside and drive-thru. On top of that the lady taking orders on the inside was very rude and... snappy. Upon waking into restaurant I noticed her being very rude and unprofessional to an elderly gentleman. I ordered a #1with cheese and bacon and no onions. She kept cutting me off while trying to give my order. So of course my order was wrongbecause she didn't ring me up for the bacon. When I pointed it out to her, she responded with well bacon is 60 more cents. Iresponded with that's fine I still want no matter the cost. Then I asked for ketchup when she handed me my bag, she said itsover there on the counter. I responded no it's not that's why I'm asking you. She then said hold on. I stood there and waitedfor her to take 2 more orders before she then came over grab a bin of ketchup walked past me and put the ketchup 10 feet away onthe counter by the beverage stand and said your ketchup is over there. Like you walked past me and couldn't hand me ketchup onyour way to the other counter. I will never go back to this Burger King again. I visit this location often with mixed experiences. Management could use customer service training. It's kinda insane to think,... a business would treat people differently based on how much they spend. But that kinda treatment is prevalent here for somereason. I've ordered all types of items on the menu. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and, Just want some mozzarella sticks, I notice Iget treated differently when I only order a small menu item as opposed to a larger combo. Also I don't understand why it'snecessary to give an attitude to anyone who pays with change. Times are tough and, anyone choosing to support your businessshould be treated fairly, with respect and, kindness with no matter how they pay and what they spend. Read more
11/27/21: Use to be the BEST BK at a 30 mile radious, its been slacking today i went and i was watching 2 burger chefs through... the window making my # 9 with no gloves handling the lettuce, and bread with no gloves none with hair nets. Two of our Special education classrooms from New Lenox School District came to this location for lunch during our field trip.... Our main goal of the visit was to practice ordering food and being out in the community. Many of our students need help tocommunicate verbally or use communication devices to talk. I can not say enough about the patience of the counter staff,specifically Chris. He was very kind while he waited for each student to order and pay separately even when the drive thrubecame busy. He offered our students hats and served them some ice cream. As a large group of both children and adults, we feltvery welcomed. Thank you, we will be back! Read more
