This has been our family's go to spot for over a year. We've always had outstanding service and the food has always been... incredible. The week before last we visited on a Thursday and had a different waitress than our usual. Our order was verysimilar to what we usually order for two adults and two children (one special entree and a 14" pizza). When she brought ourcrackers and bread she brought 1/2 loaf of bread. I asked if there was a reason we only got 1/2 loaf as we've been here so manytimes. She said you only ordered one entree. I said oh is this something new? I mean we would pay for the whole loaf. She said Idon't know who's been serving you but you only get 1/2 loaf with one entree and I've been here 18 years. Her attitude made mewant to leave immediately. Every time we've come here it's never been an issue and I wasn't trying to make it one, but my kidslike to eat it before their food comes. It's never wasted. She was snooty the entire rest of our time. We came back this week onFriday and we were seated by this particular waitress again. We saw our usual waitress and asked if we were in her section andshe said a new waitress would be training and taking good care of us. The new waitress was given direction initially by the 1lady we had issues with the week prior and again brought us 1/2 loaf of bread. When our usual waitress came to help serve theentree I pulled her aside and explained our visit the week before. She apologized and said the owner would want to know and Isaid I would happily talk to her after we ate. The tables seated around us included a couple to the right who ordered only apizza and received a full loaf of bread, and another couple behind them who ordered a pizza and received a whole loaf of bread.I have no doubt this snooty woman told this new waitress to only give us 1/2 loaf because I questioned it last time EVEN THOUGHWILLING TO PAY FOR IT. They are intimate as far as size but their food is delicious. The wait staff is friendly and informative. They even let us know... about the kid sizes for meals because there wasn't a kids menu. It did open up a lot of possibility though. There wine wasdelicious and I know we will be back for both date nights and family outings. Their intimate decor and setup of booths was anice suprise and very Italian. Highly recommend you visit. Read more
They were closing at 8:00pm, it was Sunday. We arrived at 7:10, and they sat us down and they were all very welcoming. We never... once felt rushed. The Cheese Lasagna is the best!! What a cozy place. Read more
What a great fathers day family meal. Bread tasted like my grandmothers homemade from the eighties. I love my food piping hot... and was not disappointed. Flavor from start to finish was amazing. Very friendly hard working staff treat you like they justopened yesterday and are trying to earn a great reputation. Music playing throughout our stay was old school classy. As youwalk towards the back to the bathroom you can view a clean, organized well run kitchen. Bathroom was immaculate well maintainedwith changing table and small but powerful hand dryer. Many good things to have at this restaurant. We like the mostaccioli spaghetti shrimp as well as a salad and soups are... delicious. Pizza for us is a hit or a miss. Sometimes the pizza is fantastic and other times it is lacking sauce and is somewhatdry. Desserts are very good with a few selections to try. Pricing is reasonable and on Mondays and Wednesdays they have specialson their pizzas. Definitely give Paisano's a try and keep up the good work. Read more
