Hospitality 100 percent. But I have "continued" to be splashed by the tea dispenser for the last 4 - 5 months. Employees insist... management refuses to replace the equipment as its location isn't a high income. All they provide are used equipment throughoutthis Taco Bell. I literally just went though the drive through and the lady was so unbelievably rude. Wouldn't let me finish a single sentence... and when I asked if their freezy machine had been delivered yet she replied "it doesn't exist". Didn't say a single word at thewindow, didn't ask if we wanted a receipt and didn't ask if we wanted sauces. I cannot believe they would let someone so rudeoperate the drive through. This location never gives me my full order. Every time I check my bag, it is missing at least one, usually more items. Which... means I have to get back in the drivethru and wait for them to finally complete my order and by the time I get home my food isalways cold. I did a mobile order this time with hopes that would help them get my order right for once and I drove away withhaving high hopes to reach my destination and have to turn around to head back for the $6 in food I did not receive.
