Horrible experience Twice !! Worst Service Everrrr !!! Do Not Go to this restaurant. My husband and I was at Dukes the night of... Irsh Festival in September. We waited over an hour that night. The waitress disappeared!!! We were starving and they kepttelling us any minute. They didnt even cook the food yet. Than like idiots we thought we would give them a second chance. Wetold the waiter what the first time!! And unbelievably they did it again. This time we waited over 45 minutes !! After tellingthem what happened the first time !!! Great atmosphere! We had drinks and appetizers. The staff brought by a free appetizer they are trying out. The owner was very... kind and talked with us at our table. All the staff is very nice. Great service! Read more
First time there. We got sesame hot honey and Nashville hot honey wings, dude abides burger with onion rings and beef brisket... platter. We took a lot home for another meal. Everything was delicious. Service was good. I?m posting this especially becausesome recent posts had poor feedback about service. We had no problem. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Says a lot when the chef can't even be there when the restaurant opens. Got there at 11:30, sat down and the hostess states... they're still waiting for the chef and has to text to see when they're coming in. Says a lot about their business. We left andate a great meal elsewhere, where the chef actually showed up for their restaurant opening. Read more
