Customer service was horrible management/employee was so rude including the actual owner. I place order that I didn?t expected... to lol so dry and actually tasted dry also and old kitchen wasn?t fresh it was old not only I was talking to the employee askingif possible to exchange my order I was told NO they don?t do that and they wouldn?t do it cuz they ain?t getting no benefitsfrom replacing my order mind y?all I spent 100 and more there and all I?m asking is to replace two of the plate that I receivedbut she say no it not going to benefit them! But I?m confused on how she responds to a customer if you can?t please the customerafter all I wanted is a replacement you don?t want to do that or a refund also so what benefits I?m going to get out of it too!I won?t be going back or recommend this place to no one no more. Shout Out to UTPSkip the rapper the chicken wings 5pc with CRISPY crinkle fries and a choice of drank!! Monday thru Thursday. I... had the Cajon Ranch wings with crinkle seasoned fries and o watermelon Oprah drank. Basically the Oprah is a jolly ranchercoolaid. This space is small but the aunties at the counter are great. I wanted to love this restaurant. I read so many good reviews. Unfortunately, last night was not a good experience for me. I... received someone else's order. I called to place a Takeout order, they asked me when I would be arriving and my order was ready when I arrived. I got the 5... piece combo- cajun ranch with Parmesan, cajun fries, and the watermelon punch. Comes with free ranch. I enjoyed my meal and lookforward to trying a few different flavors next time, there's some interesting ones.
