I placed an order for delivery on Feb 18, at 8:01 PM. After waiting for the order to be "quality checked" for over an hour, I... called to have it cancelled. They said I could go down and pick the same pizza up that had been sitting around... Ew. I made itvery clear that I wanted the order canceled and the money refunded back to my card. It's been 8 days, and still no refund. WhenI call the store, somehow there's never a manager on duty to help me. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering from Dominos! I called in to fix a mistake on my order and no one answered... the phone the first several times I called. Finally someone answered extremely rudely then hung on me without letting me say aword. Then I show up to get the pizza that I already paid for even though I was not able to fix my order. When I opened the boxthe pizza was completely burnt and not cut at all. My family loves pizza and orders it all of the time but I am never orderingdomino?s again! Read more

I love me some dominos. The wings are always undone to me. So I ask them to run them through the oven twice. It used to be 3... times until they told me it?s deemed ?inedible?. How you?re gonna deny me from something I want? It?s not inedible to me. Whenmy wings are ran through the oven 3 times it?s PERFECT for me. I love my chicken VERY crispy.
