Waited an extra 30 minutes for my... food before canceling all because I asked how much longer it would be. Thought I would treat myself to a good hot lunch from this place today since we don?t order out from work often. We had been... talking about it for 3 days of what we were going to get because it all looked so good. We couldn?t have been more wrong. Fourof us ordered and 3 orders were completely wrong, mine included. My order was supposed to be Mac and cheese with chicken bitespotato with garlic Parmesan tater tots. What I got was a fried shrimp and crawfish potato and some cold soggy over fried frozenfries with old clumpy Parmesan cheese on them. The shrimp were frozen over cooked and the crawfish looked freezer burned. Thespecial seafood sauce tasted like watered down cheese.When we called the restaurant the lady was very rude and was unwilling atall to help rectify the complete failure of our order. Instead we were told to take it up with waiter and hung up on us. Thankgod waiter takes pride in their service and reputation of their business as we were all refunded. Thanks waiter.
