Not worth it. We used to love go to Brix but the quality has gone downhill and prices have gone up. I tried to give it another... chance, but tonight sealed the deal with a $45 Bison Sirloin that was mediocre at best. Originally I was told the special was14oz, which seemed reasonable for $45. The server came back and said they are out of the 14oz but I could get 8oz. I asked herhow much the 8oz was and she replied $45. I was confused and asked how a smaller cut of meat is the same price? She apologizedand said the special for $45 was for the 8oz size, she had made a mistake. I ordered it anyway hoping it would be worth it. Iunderstand inflation, but for $45 I didn't even get a salad. I was told the "sides" were as listed for the special and potatoeswould be an extra side with an upcharge. I didn't quite understand how the 4 pickled onions and 5 capers constitute a "side" andthe server could not really explain the other side to me. $35 for chicken also seems a bit over priced. Wednesday is no longerhalf off wines, but 25% off. The staff is not really knowledgeable about wine, which is odd for what is supposed to be anupscale wine restaurant. PIctured below is the 8oz Bison sirloin, with sides, that I ordered to-go for my fiance as he wantedto try it too. We came here last Tuesday to celebrate a friend's birthday and we were totally 'wow-ed' by everything! The interior is beautiful... and looks upscale, but is welcoming and still leaves you feeling comfortable if you are not used to treating yourself at anestablishment of this caliber. Our server was fantastic, very attentive and efficient. I wish I would have made note of her nameso she could get the recognition she deserves! I had the bison ribeye (weekly special) and it was exactly as delicious as thename itself would lead you to expect. It was huge, cooked and seasoned perfectly.. A surprisingly great experience. Doesn’t look like much from outside but inside..? The food, drinks, and atmosphere is lovely.... We started off with a cheeseboard and some drinks. For dinner, we ordered the sautéed chicken, the bone in pork chop, and theday’s fish special. Everything was plated beautifully and taste amazing. If you get to pick a side go for the mushroomsthey’re killer. I also loved the live music they had it really gave the place a little something special. Read more
The food is absolutely amazing! Service was exceptional. Drinks are phenomenal. Tina was absolutely a delight, was like family.... Id give them more than 5 stars if it was possible. The chef is nothing short of perfection in his craft and the kitchen staff ison point down to the minor details . I highly recommend brix33 for an amazing dining experience! Read more

2nd visit... We had the duck and sushi. Food was prepared to perfection by chef! Every bite was worth the money. Server was... awesome. Chef even came to the table which was nice. Highly recommend hard to get a table get there early. 4th visit... I hadtoo knock it down to 4 stars filet minion was overcooked... Specifically ordered it medium With pink inside and got well done.The carrots were great as always mashed potatoes were extremely salty and the sauce on the steak was very greasy and oily.Appetizers were great atmosphere is always nice. Server was not completely Honest about the chef being there apparently he wasbut it was a busy night otherwise I know he would have made it right. Still would highly recommend Brix. 5th visit: seabass wasincredible. Best I ever had! You can't go wrong with this dish.
