I don?t think I?ve ever posted a bad review, that being said the management at this location is actually appalling. I got two... bowls and when I tell you I couldn?t even take one bite of my food because of how salty the white rice was it was shocking. Ichewed grains of salt????Anyways I thought no biggie things happen I?ll just ask them to exchange my white rice with brown rice.When I go in there they said their policy is they do not remake food. I?ve never heard of a policy that doesn?t remake food fora customer especially when the problem was on there end! That alone was enough for me never to spend my money at this locationagain. I also tried to tell any one of the workers to simply just try the rice and NONE of them did. They shortly stoppedserving the white rice????(wonder why) Long story short they did not remake my food, I had to go to another location out of myway to get food and now have to call to get my money back. ordered a veggie salad to go and received a bowl with 10 pieces of wilted lettuce. When I went back to the store and spoke to... the manager, Ayla, She told me that they are not able to remake a veggie salad for me nor are they able to refund and just gaveme a one 800 customer service number to call. They acted as if the 10 pieces of lettuce was pay nine dollars for that. When Ifinally got a hold of corporate they apologized and could hear the young manager and her young sidekick over the phone and toldme that that was not proper customer service. Where to begin? Considering we can see our food being prepped, you'd think they couldn't mess it up. I ordered a bowl, it came... out fine so yay there.. then the problem began. We arrive an hour and a half before closing, if that really makes adifference. My friend orders a burrito, first problem the tortilla shell rips and the kid making the burrito continues to useit ???? after he's put all the food on it he goes to pick it up and (uh duh!) the food starts falling out from the hole, hegrabs another and it's just a big mess after that. Guess it's a good thing the food goes in the same place anyways. I ordered akid's cheese quesadilla for my son, menu states they get a side of rice and beans with it along with drink choice of juice ormilk and choice of chips or fruit, got none of that, cashier just handed me a small cup for the fountain drinks. The cheesewasn't even melted... It's like he put it under for 5 seconds and that's it... So over $30 and we threw away the quesadilla cuzmy son wouldn't eat it and pick him up some nuggets from BK. Not sure what's up with the kid that made the food, whether he wasnew or not but the way the food was prepped he seemed new. That was ridiculous. Read more
The food is always good, but there seems to be a problem in keeping the available tables clean for the next customers. My last... two visits were almost identical??excellent food, but we had to search for a clean table. I suggest they have an employeeassigned to clean all tables at least every 15 minutes on a regular basis. Read more

Horrible service My daughter wanted the non spicy chicken and they failed to tell us "they no longer carry it at the time of... ordering" only when I asked after paying did I find out they no longer carry it.... Furthermore, an employee, after I asked theprice of a beverage, outright refused to allow me to place the order for no reason other than "She reserves the right not toserve me". And gave me a horrid nasty look when I asked for a to go lid. Brought the wrong lid & I felt horribly discriminatedagainst.
