The top half of their chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards are always delicious. This time, like the many before it, I was... given a half mixed blizzard. Not the worst thing, and it doesn't stop me from going back. The drive thru is a bit on the slowerside, but they were accurate with my order. They are friendly kids that work there. I have been a patron of the New Prague, MN Dairy Queen on and off for over 5 years. I need to take the time to review the cost... and product making quality, I am only giving 1 star rating because the review site will not let me give a zero rating. Thestaff at this DQ are poorly trained or lack training as exemplified in the poorly made blizzards. They are not stirred to thebottom, I have often returned to get them stirred completely - WHY can't the staff to make novelties to DQ standards? The strawthat broke the camels back and has caused me to never return to this New Prague DQ is the amount they raised the price, the costincrease is about 35% and significantly higher then the going rate in the Twin Cities DQ's. Not only have they raised the costbut now charging for "pup cups" $2 bucks for 2 tables spoons of soft serve. I have been a patron of DQ for over 5 decades -that's right FIVE DECADES from Minnesota to Texas and never have I seen a cost increase and such poor quality at any store.
